Nothing to do with Star Trek…or getting high…wait, not so sure about the last part though 😅
This is a simple take on a less discussed topic.
Energy and Motivation.
- What brings people to go the distance?
- How do you inspire and charge up folks? Every interaction, on and on.
- How can you, as a role model, handle the pressure of constantly being the central force and energy beamer?
Not everyone is built like a Duracell, unfortunately, or has a constant supply of coffee either.
- What binds us?
How do you think I handle these situations?
While it is normal to think it is all about managing one’s energy and focus, i make do by,
- thinking about where I INVEST my energy,
- focusing on how I RECHARGE from others around me and
- egging myself on different ways to mass-galvanize (myself and others around)
Throw in a little ‘je ne sais quoi’ quality, and you are all set! ° 😄
This is important for a few to understand, as it sometimes gets weighty.
For whatever else we don’t need, we need more crusaders in this world!
It is also the only legit scenario where energy can be created or destroyed without ruffling feathers or worrying about the laws of physics or violating old Quantum stuff.
Dayummm🤟😁
This writeup is a dedication to all those folks, who give out and give back.
1. Nothing beats collaboration and purpose. We usually overthink or underplay this.
2. Purpose can be as simple as having fun together. Start from here and you could get onto broader things.
3. Collaboration / purpose is best served direct and hot. You have to lead from the front if you wish to see a causeful impact.
4. The power of branding is less understood. This is an art that can be taught / learnt. More is less here.
5. Build a strong support system. Friends, peers, teams – all are integral parts that shape how you see the world and take it on.
6. Platforms enable people to come together and participate / contribute. Go create! Level up everyone’s game here.
7. Motivated teamplay always beats the s**t out of barriers or hurdles. Figure out ways to keep your circle on toes.
8. Genuinity and empathy go a long way in building the right connections and, more importantly, trust.
9. Reiterate the power of self-belief, vision, and execution. Everyone likes to see a good story or be a part of. Wow them.
10. Smile more. Works wonders.

° for people who don’t understand what ‘je ne sais quoi’ means, you can think of the old Maggi ad, where I talk about their tagline ‘it’s different’, as a close match. You can find the reference in my previous article about ‘Differentors’.
Pic description:
A collage representing my support system of colleagues and friends, with whom I celebrate, compete, challenge, work ruminate, and just have fun.
Without whom, it would not make the journey worthwhile.
Each one of them are stars who shine with their energy, and together, we beam up.
