Why don’t we hear much or aren’t gung-ho about this yet?
Human’ative…has a good feel to it…almost rings like something you would hear on Netflix or Discovery..
We seem to be going beyond the depths of unfathomable perception, continuously and consciously.
On the other hand, there is an inadvertent drift being created, weaning us away from our dependence / reliance on the grey cells. (thanks to technology advancements and our desire to challenge the human experience plane or notions).^
We are also transitioning from having to exert manual effort, patience, grit, and time to an ‘instant everything’ ecosystem.
Talk about breaking the convenience and user experience ceiling, at the cost of somewhat encouraging lethargy and discouraging human interactions that could spur creativity and exploration.
And to boot, there is an overlay of hardware and software to go about our daily quests.~
In such quests for excellence and haste in connecting dots, the big picture is sometimes missed, and the journey is often unremarkable.
I would love to see more focus and attention on understanding and scaling human’ativeI or creativeI*.
While we are still trying to stitch the picture together, what are some of the things we may be missing out on?
How do we create more rounded perspectives?

The next decade is going to be about maximum leverage of such advancements while overstepping on the old school principles of going through your basics right, IMHO.
How do we not lose out on the elemental traits like curiosity, research, and creativity in the new construct? This is worth treating as a problem that would need some serious reckoning, if at least to strengthen our next gen.
The perils of living in a hyperagile world and over dependence on machine based generative approach are yet to be understood, while we scramble to put guardrails.
This post is not to pose answers but to reflect on questions instead, something that we seem to be underpinning on technology alone..
On a closing note, this topic can be argued to be a misnomer of sorts because “generative”, actually occurred, as an outcome of our incessant fascination – with human’ative tinkering.
^ Point in case: 10 years back it was normal to memorize 10 phone numbers. Today, try holding on to more than 2, for 2 days 😁
~ Yet another point in case: just because one of my passwords still has 2023 in it, my right brain still thinks we are in 2023,.and i need to open the calendar app just to synchronize! 😄
